Returns

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund, if returned within 30 days of receipt.

  • If an item arrives damaged, we will replace the item, or offer a full refund

  • Unfortunately we are unable to refund shipping costs (unless there is proof the item was damaged in shipping, or if a mistake was made by us).

Exchanges

We can, if you prefer, issue an exchange for any item of the same price. Any exchanges will be issued on receipt of the returned item. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund shipping fees in this case (unless to correct an error made by us.)
